Couple questions about headunit and reverse camera on Seat Ibiza 6J

Hello everyone! First time poster here!
I recently bought a Seat Ibiza 6J from 2015. Its the model with the hazzard switch under the radio. This problem is "solved" because I already have on the way the replacement switch to place it on top of the gear shift (with all the buttons my car needs) along the cables to make it work. Now the thing is, im looking for an aftermarket headunit radio(nothing super fancy, i've been looking the aliexpress ones and I'm happy with that)
The problem now is, i've been looking for reverse cameras, and it seems like the spot on top of the plate, its not compatible with the ones im looking atm.
If you check this one, it says 2 models are not compatible, and mine is the first one it's not.

Anyone has managed to place a reverse camera on a model like mine? Any recomendations? Do I need anything more than the cables that already come with the camera? I accept suggestions on the headunit too.
