Cooling fan problem

Hi, recently had the air con evaporator replaced but it’s thrown another issue, in that the cooling fan is operating way before it needs to, this is according to the guy that replaced the air con, he’s tried another fan control module, no better, now been referred to auto electrician, anyone had any similar issues?
