Hi,

I have a 2012 Seat Leon 1.2 tsi CZBZ engine.

I can't seem to get either rad fans working.

I've replaced both coolant sensors, one under the thermostat and one in the bottom hose, both seem to read well through the snapon scanner. I watched the one at the rad go over 96degrees but the Fan 1 activation sat at 9.8%, fan 2 at 0.0% I've also replace the thermostat housing with the 2 thermostats in.

If I go in and manually test the fans through the snapon scanner they both fire up on test.

Someone had suggested try the air con switch but no fans, although the air-conditioning is working as it pumps out cold air.

So im a bit stumped, all the sensors seem to read OK, the fans work when I test manually, but then nothing on the road.

The car smells hot, but the temp gauge only ever reads just above 90.

Any ideas?

I've also had the battery tray out to have a look for a fan control module but doesn't seem to have one, all the wires at the multiplug for the rad look good and tried disconnecting and reconnecting. Also no fault codes showing
