Hi. I couldn't find answer to my question so decided to create new thread.
( apologies if there is similar thread already) I read a lot about coolant loss , and decided to take my car for possible leak investigation as I had to top up between services. It's 2016 Leon FR Estate 1.4 eco TSI. Car was investigated twice in a space of 7 months and approx 8k miles between both checks with nothing found by the Seat main dealer in Reading. The level has dropped down from nearly Max to just above Min line so I did top it up just under Max using G13 as recommended. After topping it up , car went for service 3 weeks ago as well as for another possible coolant leak check. Second pressure test was carried out, again ,with nothing found. I just checked coolant today , after around 300miles drive since last inspection and...coolant level on the Hot engine is around 2mm above Max line on the expansion tank?? Is it ok to keep that level as it is now or is it better to remove excess of 2mm? Will that small difference cause any problems?
Thank you for your help
Regards
Jack
