Coming back to the fold

So, my last Seat was sold 10 years ago and it looks like a Mk3 could be coming to garage near me.
I'm looking at a 2016 1.6 diesel SE Technology tomorrow, I'm not familiar with it but was surprised to note it has a 5 speed box. It does have the larger infotainment screen which was good to see.

I thought it may be a good candidate for a remap but even that seems to be not quite straight forward as Revo seems to only support the Bosch ECU. Perhaps the VIN number would be enough for the tuner to tell me if it can be done?

Is this going to be a wheezy thing at motorway speeds or will it be useable? I'd like it to be smooth and quiet and not short of a useful turn of speed if needed, accepting that I won't be setting any records in it. I'm also also hoping it's not going to be noisy and full of rattles

I know this'll be somewhat subjective and I'll need to drive it to see what I think of it but I thought I'd ask in the meantime and see what other peoples experiences and thoughts are.

Cheers.

I had one back at the beginning of 2015 when my car (Ford) was hit and being repaired, for about a month, it was very efficient, remember hitting 70 mpg.

Power wise, it was alright, torque for a diesel, was nice, could have done with bit more power I suppose, I was / am used to petrol so it was a little louder than in used to, it settled down when doing a motorway cruise though!
