Will be the door microswitch, you have to take the doorcard out to fix it, think theres a guide in the mk4 faq section. My drivers one has gone but i cba to fix it!

Okay...so I got back to my car this afternoon only to see this Mirror cap stolen

Only joking Here's a sneak peek of my latest project for the beeza.

Mirror covers are currently being vinyled with 3M Di-Noc Carbon Fibre

This is one cover half finished. Have completed it now, so will upload another pic tomorrow during the daylight.

And B-Pillars also done

Oh I did the B-pillars whilst on the car. It may be a better idea to simply buy new ones though..might be slightly neater. How much are they? Like £10 or something?

Took me bloody ages to do the one mirror cover....probably about 1.5 hours lol. Wanted it to be perfect, so took ages getting every last crease out, stretching the material round corners etc. If I don't like them in the end, I reckon I'll try and flog them on eBay.

Where are you currently staying? Are you in first year halls or in private rented accommodation now? What course?

Does anyone know how to remove the large radio/button surround? I've seen various Mk4 owners who have removed and painted theirs, so want to try and carbon wrap mine.
