Well would you chuffing believe it.... (actually, yes...)... the car isn't ready yet! :censored:

I suppose it's not all bad though, as the reason it's not ready is the bodyshop aren't happy with the finish. They are trying to get everything looking even and tidy so all panel colours match and they aren't 100% happy so I can't have it back yet.

So sorry guys and gals, but this review, guide and fitted pictures might take some time. I'm off for a knee Op' tomorrow and wont be able to drive or even walk for a while, so it could be a week or so before I can do anything about this :(

Nope, as per my other thread, my car is still away at the body shop as they are having big trouble matching the paint colour. As soon as it's back, I'll fit them and post the guide and results here.

Mine are being delivered on Monday. They were held up in German customs for a couple of days.

Will post a short review when fitted so that people can get an idea of quality and ease of fitting.

The guy on mydepots who is selling these also trades on ebay, his username is Flashplus and his feedback from these kits is excellent so looks like an excellent bargain at a total cost of £71.64 delivered.

Did you order from eBay or MyDepots then? How long has it taken so far for them to get to you?

I ordered from mydepots as it was slightly cheaper than ebay. It will be 2 weeks in total on Monday but they would have been delivered last Tuesday if I'd been in the UK, a total of 8 days. German customs are, shall we say, a little "strict"*.

 Gotcha! Will be good to hear your thoughts on them once fitted. I'm itching to get mine installed, but I need a car to fit them to first!

Good decision. I'm confident they will be a good purchase, you can tell by simply looking at them that they are a quality bit of kit. The attention to detail is good too, like the rubber grommet and the wiring protection they have used is very good and looks very strong.

Plus, as seen in this thread, they are almost identical to other HID kits that other people have purchased for a fair whack more and have nothing but good things to say about them.

And looking at the MyDepots site for spares and replacement parts, it's almost worth buying another set in a while to keep for spares just in case the bulbs or ballasts need replacing, as they are so cheap the individual parts alone come to a similar price!

Same here. I did change the bulbs for some Philips 50% white ones, which helped a little, but they are still crap.
