Unfortunately the chap that did all my re-trim and bonnet bra's died about a month ago in a bike crash :(

Looking at £300 - £400 to do the seats in fabric.

Seats come out to do re-trim, that way the airbags don't go off and you have more room to play about with them!

Have just noticed this and have a couple of questions that i am sure you can answer for me!

My drivers seat is looking a bit shabby from the previous owner. I asked a Q on another part of this forum about where to get it re-trimmed and didn't get much joy.

AdLav, where did you get your re-trim done? I only really need the drivers seat doing. Do you have any idea how much this would be? And presumably they'd be able to do it with the original material to match the other seats? How does it work with stitching for the side airbags. I know this needs to be done correctly or the airbag might not go off. Presumably they know what they are doing in this respect??

Guinness, you mention £210 for replacement covers......I would have thought they would be twice that! That's great news. I take it that is not including fitting? Do you know how much fitting them would be?? Is that price for the Seat Sport ones or standard??

mine was very grubby n had some oil/water marks on it when i brought my 1.2 all i done was had it wet vac'd and its come up like new! (had it done by a friend at work so it was free but its got to be cheaper then a retrim?)
