Central vents not working

So I have a strange situation with my car in that when I turn the cooling onto vents, hardly any air comes out of the central vents but it’s powering out of the side vents near the windows. The rear vent is also working fine. There is some air coming out but there is zero power behind it. I have ensured they are open and done the calibration setting numerous times. I’ve also checked the pollen filter and tried the vents with no pollen filter in at all? I can hear the fan on maximum and it’s like it’s trying to push air out but something is partially stopping it

Could there be something blocking the vents inside? Perhaps something has been put inside the vents.

Or possibly the flap motors have failed?

This is the thing, they are working in that I am getting a small amount of air but nothing like it should be, and it’s worked before as well?

So slight update albeit not yet repaired. So I’ve also noticed when I have the vents selected, I am also getting air into the footwell also. Diagnostic check confirms servo motor for front air distribution flap jammed. Now I just need to work out where this servo is. I have found one behind the glove box and one underneath the steering wheel that are both seemingly the temp controls and they both work. Anyone know where the distribution servo is located?

I have taken out the radio/screen and I still can't get at the motor to free it up or replace it ,I contacted seat and they said it's probably a dash out , but I'm not going to do that,if you can figure something else please let me know
