well i kinda promised myself that i'd slow down a bit....but once my dissertation is over and i've got some money in the bank i plan to...

*Pick up some spare bumpers for some custom work on them (bit of smoothing, relocating a few things, generally making them a bit more unique)

* Hid Kit for the headlights...kinda need em as they are really dim

* Some work on the front grill area, looks too cluttered and fussy for my liking, so gunna have a think about how we can make it look a bit more in tone.

* Maybe do some work on the wheels, thinking mirror polished lips and colour coded centres

* An OEM+ stereo install, subtle sub and amp install, upgraded speakers. Maybe looking at a Bose system out of an audi?

*Some interior work, some ally detailing, and something extra for the seats, as cant justify a 2k retrim right now.

But hell! who knows...i might sell the thing in a months time and get a new a3..who knows!

please dont be silly and copy me! because then i'll have to do something different!

mine are Keskin KT3's 17 x8 and 17x9's

lowered on VMAXX cheapo coilovers

Using 205/40/17 tyres, which are very very stretched!

and as for spacers..who needs damn spacers!

there are millions of rims out there....it just takes some thought to find something different!

have you thought about some audi rims?

The defletors will hold it down, cant be too tight otherwise it'd look silly rigid over the bonnets shape!

We tried lots of ways and this was the best one...

Porsche wheels clear the AP racing caliper, and Mercedes wheels... go deep dish, think AMG or Porsche splits...!

They both need hub adaptors so remember to allow £120 on top!

Merc wheels will fit with adaptors, same way as porsche do

merc pcd: 5x112
porka pcd: 5x130

Both normally have high offset ~50 something, so with 25mm adaptors you have a nice lower offset.

Worth registering on Edition38 to have a browse at the wheels & tyres for sale, some seriously nice stuff.
