OK guys, I'll try and get my finger out and fit these in to see what people think. If it turns into a no go then I'll bolt them on my own car and make soem use of them, but please bear in mind that paying Customers unfortunately come first.

Re the Bonnets Robdon, did think about the R bonnets, but the biggest pain is the fact its a 1 piece design where the S badge goes, so would need replicate this, and really need my car to get to and from work so cant live without the bonnet for two long. Will give it some more thought though and post up some ideas at a later date.

If peeps want to see any piccies of other items we've doen to see what Carbon parts look like for some ideas then not a problem, happy to post some up.

Sorry Guys, not sure how to quote peeps from above, but here's some answers to the above:
Danzibar - some piccies below for you:
Mk1 Golf CL Spats

Mk2 Golf Bumpers wrapped in Carbon, one-offs for a Guy, very time consuming, therefore very expensive, but well worth the effort:

ECU Cover for Rallye Golf:

Mk1 golf GloveBox lid skin (repalces the std vinyl covering):

Golf Carbon Scuttle Cover (VAG call them Drip Trays) First one we made, in and out of the car a few times so ignore the little dings you can see:

I have more piccies, but this will pribs give you some idea of what we can produce. We mainly do other things for MK1 GTI's (been into MK1's for around 20 years now, and have a mk1 turbo technics tucked away gathering dust ) mainly reproduction items that are not carbon related to keep the cars going and parts available

Teasy: How to get them off - ummm... not sure as not tried yet. Car is in the Dealers on Mondya for a Service ,so will have a word and ask them if there is an easy method.

Other Leon bonnets are split at this point so they are easier to reproduce, molds are simpler etc etc.

Look great. Tempted to ask you about covering my engine cover too. Its the leon mk1 TDi Pd engine. Where are you based? how would i go about getting a quote?
