Car keeps calling breakdown number over and over

Well the last week or 2 the wife’s 2024 Leon started doing all the above. So guess a trip to dealer.

Does anyone have any other info like fault ids or ref number I can throw at them.

I have videos / we have let calls connect and seems worse since cold snap. Have to say really distracting when driving.

Love this forum. Shame manufacturers don’t use them more as fountains of knowledge here.

It’s a well known issue across the various VAG brands so you dealers should be very aware of the issue. Usually requires a new SOS module.

Do an internet search on ‘SOS module issue’ or similar search and you’ll see it’s been a pretty widespread issue.

In olden days with Audi could quote the tech article but that not so much the case now.

Sounds frustrating.
I'm not sure how manufacturers could use posts on forums such as this to identify and fix errors though.

I suspect there isn't enough information from forum posts to assess what seems to be intermittent issues. And which might have different causes. Even though some owners experience similar problems it's not guaranteed to be the same issue. Tricky to diagnose remotely, especially if no fault codes...
