Ideas for modding sound good, where are you going to get your HIDS? I need to get some...

got the hids in already matey got them from lightec autostyle, got an offer on atm, 56 quid delivered with free led sidelight bulbs! They are class, love them!

Autobulbs direct or HIDs 4 U get my vote (they are the same company basically)!

ive had two sets now, had some from hids direct in my old 1.8 sri corsa and some from lightec autostyle in the beeza, im sure most of them will be the same kits tbh like you say!

Small update, thanks to the previous owner (fordy_fr) for telling me about switching the map on, its now been mapped, it feels a hell of allot quicker now, im in love!haha

Yeh that was me matey, was looking at your car everytime you went past, they look so good standard! Was i parked up with a lad in a yellow pd130sport? That was a few days after i bought this, lowered it now, de-wipered de-badged, spacered etc etc so looks more how i want it!

Was a yellow cupra in at the garage i got this from but it looked ragged couldnt be fooked with the 1200 extra on insurance either! Stunning cars like, is your petrol or diesel? Is there many other people from the north east on here? Should have a meet, ill give you a wave and that next time!

yeah you were parked with the yellow one, i saw you both drive in together and i thought thats never a white cupra haha, yeah i havn't had mine long just over two month I think, just fitted me coilovers last week so looks lot nicer now its low haha makes huge difference. Yeah I think quite a few of the cupras have a tough life unfortunatly mines already had a few problems and its only tocuhed 30k so not sure how the previous owner treated it lol its a petrol mate and yeah insurance isnt great im 21 and its still jsut over a grand for the year haha, mind you with yours being remapped itll probably be as quick if not slightly quicker now and for cheaper insurance so your onto a winner! Want mine remapping now better start saving! Erm thers not many i dont fink from here one of my mates is a member on here with a mk3 cupra, thats one hell of a car running around 400bhp, that ones worth a look at haha! Im down every wednesday mate so ill keep my eye out for you!

Mint what coilies did you go for? Im gonna get saving, only on springs atm. whats gone wrong with your cupra like?

and aye im only 19 insurance is 850 for me or was 2050 on a pd160 cupra :|, so though ill get the fr and re-map it like you say!

Think i might be off up this wednesday like, hopefully be getting my gloss black cupra splitter. 400hp mk3 sounds offit, is it ever up teeside?

erm not sure what make they are bud, one of me mates had them on his for 6 month but hes just had a kid so took em off and offered me them for 150quid so cudnt say no haha, id recomend a set like, its made such a difference to the handling, bit of a bumpy ride mind lol. erm few things the front drivers break kept grinding and squeaking even though they wer new discs n pads but it hasnt been as bad recently used to do my ehad in that noise but at the moment it keeps mysteriously losing coolant which is annoying and it goes in limp mode from time to time. Yeah the lad who has the mk3 is always out in it but its been off the road lately getting all the work done, should be ready soon though. It used to be always out was a yellow one dead low on black proshe d90s youll probs of seen it before he always used to be over teeside park in it. We'll have to try n get a meet sorted on here like will be good

Yhe deffo sounds a plan matey, think ill be saving up for front strut brace, coilies and rarb next! Ill take the brakes off your hands if you get fed up too your mates car sounds offit, will have to have a meet up!

If you don't mind my asking, how are you finding it just being lowered on springs? has the ride quality suffered at all? i'd imagine it'd be a lot stiffer through the corners? also, where did you get your springs from? thinking about getting mine dropped, just cant afford coilovers for a while.

Get 6ks mate as 8ks are too blue IMHO.

yeah ive had a good look into it there and im starting to sway more for 6ks thinks the 8s could look a bit chavvy lol and the 6ks emit much more light by the looks of it . . . bring on payday haha

Think i paid 120 quid for them delivered, cant grumble for the money in all honesty! Slightly better at handling maybe just a tad more crashy round bumpy corners id say. I just couldnt afford coilies at the time, hopefully ill be able to over the next couple of months, then ill flog you the springs cheap

nah i dont sorry matey but id 100% go with 6k, had 6k in the corsa too. 8k are far too blue! and cheers for piccy comment, got lcr splitter on now aswell, need to update the pictures!

Aye saw you but didnt see will till once we had parked up haha was in dire need of a cuppa so had a blast down morton flats to mc d's. Yeh hids are a great mod like, a must on any car really! That fiesta does look good with them like, just needs more power to match how mint it handles! and you too matey, sure ill see more of you about!
