Well today is your lucky day, I'm about to give you a free remap. That is my old car I traded it in for a Mk2 Leon Cupra in January.

Custom Code Phase 1 is already on just find someone kind with VAG-COM to switch it on for you, I put it back to standard before I traded it in.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you end up paying for it?

got it for 9.8k just over 2 weeks ago, only had 9.5k on the clocks and was in candy white so had to have it!

already spent quite abit on it lol yeh the stickers worked out better than i thought, had them made but got another contact now who said he will do me discount as a friend of a friend so might get some more done see what his are like!

and thats awesome, my mate works at lookers vw in northallerton, ill have to get him on the job! If i say to him what you just said will he know what to do?

got a lad off the corsa forum im on to make me them, a mate of a mate has just got into business doing decals etc though so might see what his are like, could maybe organise a group buy if many people will be interested!

Nah google VAG-COM, it's a diagnostics tool similar to what a dealer uses but you can change certain settings (I'm sure a dealers diagnostic machine could do it but I dunno if it would be the same process).

The map definitely works and if you're totally stuck for someone to do it and you don't mind the drive up to Gateshead I'll put it on for you.

I kept that one in immaculate condition but it's been standing for months untouched down at David Penman. Who sold you the car down there?

I don't have facebook or anything like that.

The debadging really suits it, I'm glad you were happy with my colour coding and mirrors, it always looked much better than the standard candy white FR around my area.

A bloke called brian sold me it, saw it advertised and went to just have a look at it but i fell for it so put a deposit down! Yeh i was going to get them done anyway, so was very happy about them already having been done! Shame the tt pedals and spacers didnt stay, its got some 15mm fk ones on now but 20's would have been better really! think my mate up gateshead way is selling me a gloss black lcr splitter (hes got a gold and gloss black 2.0 turbo corsa c, might have seen it about?) Then ill probably leave it for awhile, going to save up and get some decent shocks or maybe some coilovers for it, then when warranty ends all the flywheels, clutch, then maybe the bt conversion!

It was in a state i wasnt happy about ( i have a bad ocd with clean cars ) spent 6-7 hours doing it with my mate the weekend i picked it up! Hope you feel relieved its in good hands and not been ruined! haha

Yeah I'm glad someone is going to look after it, when I went back to try and sort out some issues with my Cupra I saw how neglected it looked. I spend a whole morning claying it and cleaning it before it went back to them and they just left it gathering dust

Sorry to hijack the threat but this will be useful for you too! I loved the CC, and my mate got his 130 Bora CC'd as soon as he'd been in mine. I just wish I had the money to do the Leon.

Yhe i understand completly i took loads of bits off my old car and sold them, it will be getting the pedals though, they look immense, not entirely sure on what to buy though as im completly new to this scene!

Yeh when i went to see it, it was raining and there was no beading or anything, its quite swirly aswell, its been clayed, sealed, polished, waxed, rain-x'd etc but think ill get it machine polished soon!

Any pictures of your cupra? They are immense, im only 19 though couldnt in any way shape or form afford one haha

19 was when I got my first Ibiza FR and I loved it. I was in an accident though and it didn't feel the same after it was repaired so I replaced it with that one which I kept immaculate so you've got the best of my FR's by far!

very vaguely, i go up there sometimes with work, but with a postcode i can make it anywhere ill just bang it in the sat-nav haha

7 quid a pedal, thats a bargain, thatl be getting done soon! Ill keep it in good condition, itl be getting properly done again this weekend coming, needs another coat of wax!

Did you just order the RHD pedals? When I ordered mine I'd read you needed the accelerator from a LHD car?

class cheers, ill have a look! and yeh we were doing about 45-50 in them pics and that mr2 has tein coilies etc, im just on springs haha

yeh i got the logo off here emailed him it and he made them up for me, came in three layers, one for each color. Got all three for 16 quid delivered, took about 5 days. The boot one is slightly bigger then the side ones. A mate of a mate at college has started doing them though so might see what his ones are like!

Well I know for a fact that the LHD accelerator fits, but it's different to the Brake and Clutch which replace the current pedals because it just sits on top! Someone will clear this up soon no doubt.
