Can you find out car spec & options from VIN or Reg?

As previously stated its the braking sensor. I hate it, I didn't want the adaptive cruise because of the look of it. Ruins a beautiful car. But then they put the ugly sensor on it anyway! I wish I paid the extra for adaptive cruise.
the poverty spec new Ibiza I saw had a blank to make it look like it had the front sensor. Looked really cheap and crap.
Audi also do similar with the front bumper cutouts for the headlight washers. If you don't have headlight washers you still get the cut outs.
