Its supposed to be visually checked at 60k, then changed at 120k.

But what's visually checking it gonna do really? If its gonna go its gonna go without much warning.

Will be gettin mine done this year, at 55k now.

I am due to be getting my 60,000 mile service done in the next month (its on61,000 and need to do it on around 64,000 as someone got the 40,000 one done a little late) but SEAT have quoted me £457

That would be £261.55 for the Cambelt and Tensioners and £195 for the Service

I did not know you needed to do the Water Pump as well?

Should i get that done at the same time? I am starting to get worried about driving it as im nearing this Service

No you dont have to have the water pump done at the same time (unless it tensions the belt which it doesn't on the Ibiza). However lots of people here recommend it

On petrol models it should be visually checked from 60K and changed if required. If not done so it must be changed by 110K.
Diesels are different and have specific intervals depending on the age of the car and engine type
