I retrofitted it myself. But that's the PQ platform... the ABS control units of the pure mqb platform no longer have an input for it; it only happens virtually.

Earlier MK3 Leons used an ABS control unit with a 38-pin connector and it had an input for tyre pressure button at pin 20.
Later it was replaced with a 46-pin connector and that possibility have gone.
Unfortunately the unit in question here is the 46-pin one, I believe. @Paris

I think the right question before that is, what do I have as an ABS pump ? and so 38 pins or not ?

Through a quick search on some used car parts sites, one may conclude that the ABS control units with the same part number as yours look like they have the 46-pin connector. And your car is an Ateca, a model which was debuted in 2016, probably never had the 38-pin one that was used in early MQB cars like Leon from 2013 or 2014. An official servicing manual which includes wiring diagrams would have the final say on this but I believe that's not needed here. Another way of being sure if you still have doubts is to disconnect the connector from the ABS control unit and count the pins.
