Bumped it already

Had the car a week and i have a VERY Tignt garage that struggled to fit my old fiesta in... tried for the first time today to fit the leon in an caught the left rear door moulding on the wall making a small scratch.. how much do you think it will be for one of these from a dealer?

I Need one in black magic metallic paint and i understand they just 'clip' on and off...

I'm just glad the damage was very minor.


ETOS shows the part number as : 1M0 853 535 H (but can i just order this in Black Magic or will i have to get primed and paint it)

Absolute downer! know how you feel, should'nt be too steep, just goes to show you how easy its done, try and keep your witts about you, like i try and do, i.e avoid tight spaces, kerbs and carpark.....and dozy old farts.

They don't come painted. Can't you just take your one off and get it resprayed? It should be done in a day so the car won't look bad for long.

Not really the scratch dug quite deep, i think the new mould is approx £10 from a dealer primed!! so then its just a case of painting it or getting them to paint it.

and to be honest i dont know exactly how they come off without damaging the door... :/

Oh and does anyone know where i can buy official aerosol paint and laquer?

Ps... Yeah anyone that knows how to take off the door moulding let us know!
