He did it right in front of me, nice little unsteadying tap

shame the BMW's can't handle a little oversteer - as soon as the opposite lock needs to come on they're round straight off

shame the BTCC is inconsistant again, as DT did the same move on Tom O-C at paddock hill in Race 2 clap but got away with it

BTCC Standings after Brands Hatch

Taking into account the fact Turner was excluded from race 3, here is the up to date points and standings after rounds 1,2, and 3

SEAT are still leading the drivers championship, Plato has taken a commanding lead in the first weekend. However Turner's DNF and round 3 exclusion has cost them a bit of ground in the Manufacturers title. But its early days yet.

Some good racing and solid finishes from Plato as expected, however, Matt Neal's already up there on the points (even with their 'undeveloped' car) and with the credit where credit's due for Matt Jackson, there's a swarm of BMW's circling.. this is gonna be a big ask once again this year!

Plato has 39pts & Turner 17pts

So, am I right in thinking that the results (the two wins and the fifth in Race 3) gives Jase 36 and and one point a piece for a Fastest Lap in Race 1, Leading Race 1 and a pole in Race 2 making the 39pts?

And am I also right in thinking that the 17pts Darren has is made of the 16pts from his two 8pts for his two forths and a point for fastest lap?
