also where i had put a pd150 egr manifold and egr delete pipe, the old pipe didnt fit over the egr delete pipe, so i made this up from a 57-51mm reducing elbow and a straigh 51mm silicone hose, has done the job nicely and doesnt look to bad if i say so myself :)

and also, sitting and waiting to go on monday is my new turbo, injector nozzles and bigger TIP, cant wait so excited :D

well this morning i dropped my car of at AmD for my turbo conversion, hopefully i get her back today, if not, it will be tommorow, cannot wait, knowing my luck something will go wrong to cause a delay, but touch wood it doesnt, i will update you with the power figures that it makes and do a little review :D

you got the nozzles then! what power you hoping to get??

yeah mate, managed to get them from my local bosch diesel centre which was a bit of luck, i am not sure yet mate, anything above 160bhp would be nice, they said 170 is possible, should be getting it back tommorow touch wood :D

well got my car back today, and to say im happy isnt the word, im over the moon, the car has a real kick to it now and is so much more lively, the car did produce 165bhp and 265ftlb but the fuel pump wasnt liking it, so the map was toned down to a heatlhy and reliable 160bhp and 260ftlb, but the map should adapt so hopefully a few more bhp and torque to come, the drive back was so much better, its like a totally new car, i love it :D

Cool :) Whats next then a better fuel pump?
probably lol, my dad asked me when i got in, whats the next mod then laughing his head, i said bigger fuel pump lol, but this wont be for a little while yet, just loving the new power :)

BIGGER TURBO: DAY 2

Well today i took my car for a little blast and it seems to have adapted very well, i do believe now when they say the car will adapt, i dunno if its just me but the car feels that little bit quicker and pulls better than yesterday, i hope the car has gained a few more bhp and torque with the adaption, overall i am so happy with the car now and recommend AmD to everyone [B)], they have made me fall back in love with my car :D, the clutch seems ok atm, touch wood, but i am not going to be flooring it until 3000rpm or just under as my main peak torque is at 3,200rpm and peak bhp is at 4480rpm and its still producing 152bhp at 5200rpm. I spoke to ben and if the clutch does slip, i will be trying to get it done under warranty as it comes with a years warranty and is rated to 300ftlb and ive only done 7000 miles on it, mainly motorway to and from work

Overall im one happy person :D:D:D:D

Thats pretty good figures tbh especially that it holds the bhp well at 5rpm. Post up a graph :)

I will get it up later mate, when I get home :), you at AmD tommorow morning, I may pop over

well i thought i better upload a rolling road graph, the numbers are hard to make out, but you get a rough idea, the greenie bluey line is the old power on standard 110 turbo, the faint grey line is the run where they tried for max power, but the fuel pump cut in and you can just make out where it cuts in at 4750rpm, and the final black line is the current map on the car, as you can see it holds power well through out the revrange and still producing power till 5300rpm, a nice aggressive and smooth map :D
this line should hopefully smooth out a bit more, as it adapts to the car etc

AmD laminated it for me lol, yeah the car feels much smoother now and more punchy, it's seems to have adpated well, maybe it adapts a little bit more over the next couple of days and gain a few more torque and bhp :)
I'm sure you won't be dissapointed with your new exhaust ;)
