That's what annoyed me, i opted to spend about a grand more than i neaded to and bought from a dealer which i would never normally do.Its always the same with SEAT dealers they are great when you go with the 15 grand to buy a car...they not so great when you go back...I had no end of trouble from SEAT Premier in Stoke to the point i also rang SEAT UK (might aswell not bothered) so i took it to LC charles and they have been great...
Let us know how youu get on with SEAT UK
I went through a dealer to ensure that A) i was buying and "approved" Seat car and B) that there would be good aftersales service.
I've learnt the hard way that was a big mistake, i wish i'd of saved myself the money and hassle and bought private.
Seat UK have been great and it is only with their help and persistance that i have now got the issues being resolved as we speak.
I honestly can't describe just how bad it's all been.
I even took the car in on Monday morning for some more warranty work and was looked at with blank faces as they'd forgotten the appointment!!!!
I was basically told that it was me who'd got it wrong and was sent packing.
Luckilly Seat UK rang me later that morning to ask if my car had gone in as planned.
They had apparently spoken to the same guy in the Sevice Dept when the appointment was made three weeks ago, so that showed up more lies from L.C Charles.
