offset on my BBS's are et16 bk. And et37 front. The BBS's are off a porsche so caliper clearance isnt a issue, should manage to get Brembos behind them.
Ive had my rear adaptors skimmed tho so et will be et21 next year so i can bring wheels in 5mm at bk n lower it a wee tad more. Also fronts are getting made to 8.5 wide. But my archs are all flared slighty.
Id get the borbet A's think they run a et15 rear offset on the 9's bk and get front 7.5's et25 so it balances out. You dont want to have rear wheels sticking out loads more than front.

What offset do you run on yours? Going to oder these i think then its into the bodyshop

ET25 on the front and ET30 on the back iirc.

Look for 25 on the front.
My ET30 on the rear line up perfectly with the arches.

Also depends on how low you want it. As the front arches are not very forgiving. Rears arent really an issue. Loads of room back there.

personally i think 16's look a lot better then 17's on the ibiza if you lower it enough on 16's it looks right, the proobelm with 17's isn't the arch gap but the car body to floor gap, a lowered car shuld look lowered not be on stilts but with no gap between tyres and body.

i could have mine on the floor with with 8's all around on 17's. so the problem with 17's isn't between body and floor, it's mostly the width that prevents you going any lower. my cupra's around 2" off the floor so i wouldn't exactly say it was on stilts, even for 17's. 1" smaller on the width on the rear, the wheel would tuck right under that arch. but the ibiza's arch's are huge for a 3 door hatch!

2nd thing is being practical. I had enough headache snaking around speed bumps, potholes, ditches etc with my polo. it would be even worse on 16's. it all comes down to personal preference. but if i had it my way, it would still be 16's.

here's what mine is going to look like. (sorry for nicking your phot h17och, its the best angled blue ibiza i could find - hope you dont mind!) only worry is that bieng 16's how far will it have to be dropped to look half decent - but at the same time not get a shite ride? Also tyres would obviously be stretched, what size tyres would be needed on 7.5x16's (not too much of a stretch!)
