Heya guys,

Is it best to have a de-cat pipe then get a stage 2 map or get a stage 2 map then a de-cat after the re-map.

Also Prospeed exhaust say they can biuld me a 3" downpipe and de-cat for 260 quid!

I told them it was way to expensive and ill just buy one and do it myself. And they said if I buy one its not 3" all the way from the turbo only on the down pipe :s and that they make it 3" from the actual turbo :s are they talking **** to rip me off or are they correct lol

tryed the other switch that did passanger window on drivers loom part and it pop'd the fuse so i dont think its the switchbut thanks and sorry for the hijack

Car at the moment:

Spraying inlet manifold,charge pipe and rocker cover black.Removing second induction and giving the enging a good clean. Got nothing to do because im saving for parts lol Get some updated pics within the week.

6000k Hid conversion finished pics:

Not to clear as its still light lol need to get some side lights to match them now. I know my inter cooler aint straight, had to rush to put it on as its my turn to drive to work

Sprayed my inlet,just gotta do my rocker cover and charge pipe although there is no point as im going the leon route and will end up removing it. Gonna do everything in mat black,don't have to keep it as clean then

that bump on the rear right side was there when I bought the car will get it removed at some point,low priority at the moment though, car quite dirty in that pic aswel.

snaped my dipstick holder when putting my inlet back on snaped near the bottom hardly touched it aswel lol

so gonna have to order one tomorrow, anyone know what they are like to remove and fit?

Cheers its easy mate, just remember where all the vac pipes and bolts go and you can't really go wrong lol if your going to take it off get a new inlet gasket and throttle body gasket before you start, as the old ones may brake apart. I also cleaned the inside of the mani and the throttle body with truck cleaner,worked really well. Car feels smoother now just be carefull not to drop anything into the inlet on the engine I blocked myn off with masking tape.
