They are more powerful than Cupra brakes for sure but not night and day difference in my experience having driven a Leon with them. But they werent designed for the Leon. The caliper sticks out further which means you need spacers. On fast bends, the wheel sticking out further will come in to contact with the arch. And that sucks.
Also, despite the caliper being light, the disc is really heavy which increases rolling mass = slower car.
Purpose built brakes like K Stop for £800 which would fit on the OEM wheels, give as much if not more stopping power as these, weigh less and with 2 piece discs which will weigh loads less than the Audi discs, would be better. And they are cheaper to buy. May not look as good, but they serve the purpose of performance loads better
