Big Vibrators = Weird Noise, what is it?

Ok so basically I was coming out of a parking and there where some really ugly vibrators at the exit, the car ( Cupra R 2005 model only has 3.000km) vibrated kinda violent due to the hard suspension....Soon after, this noise started whenever I accelerate or brake hard.... it sounds like 'clack ' sort of, or like something snapping... kind of hard to describe but its located under the front end. Took it to the dealer seeing as it falls under warranty its really new and they (the french, cause I live in paris) call me up say they checked suspension and its all fine and that I can pick up my car but that the sound hasn't been fixed because they are saturated due to vacations and don't have the time so basically they said come back in September![:@] Still, even if its safe I wanna know if it could become unsafe I think it might be a loose piece in the engine or a mount? Opinions?
Cheers

I wouldn't want to wait until September! Ask to speak to the manager and tell him/her that you think the car is unsafe to drive. If they still won't budge tell them you want it in writing that they consider the car safe to drive and if anything happens you will sue their ass.

/\ Sounds like a reasonable plan of attack to me. To be honest, iv found, the only way to get things done with dealers, is be blunt and dont let it slip.

Sounds good Im gonna attack it...as for the vibrators I mean basically a grill looking thing like if you put a bunch of tiny width speed bumps together one after the other but these where akwardly spaced caused very violent vibrations of the car...thanks guys let u know how it goes...as for french service ...:censored: country of ******s and my mexican accent doesn't help but still I'll go throught the trouble if it means owning a LCR
