Probably something to do with VW using 197 of the TFSI's horses, as opposed to SEAT who managed to get 225 stalions out of the 20VT. I'm guessing here but 197 is less than 225. QED.

You'll have to wait for the hotter Golf GTI coming next year before its the other way round, but even then, it'll still be ~9 horses short of the new Cupra.

Ignore the stupid question, I think he was just trying to get his post count up so he could put his car up for sale.

I've just had my LCR remapped with Revo about a month ago and have posted before that i'm not overwhelmed by the results.

I am running with standard fuel over Super and have been advised that i've dramtically compromised the software by doing this.

Are you mapped with standard fuel or are you on the good stuff??

Either way, has the map given you the increase you expected as mine hasn't.

Scott

To be honest the LCR runs a hell of alot better on super plus and it does actually state that it needs to run super unleaded regardless of a remap. The engine will change its mapping with different fuel you use and if REVO is set to run on super but you are running std you wont get the full benefit.

Makw sure your revo is set to use super and run optimax or tesco 99 ron for a few tanks and i'll think you'll be suprised.
