Sod your burnt fingers, I'll now have to explain to my boss how some plank posted a link like that on a car forum... :w4nk:

Maybe you should familiarise yourself with this page... http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/faq.php?faq=scn_faqrules_item

Whilst i agree the link wasn't relevant and the subject matter is questionable, there's nothing specific that jumps out in the rules ...... it's not as if you were forced to click on it either - i didn't click on it because it was pretty obvious what the link was 90% likely to take me to :)

I won't have to explain to my boss because i didn't post the link, my boss is already aware i'm reading posts on this and quite a few other non work related forums - he's hardly going to discipline me for what someone else did.

I dunno ... you having a bad day too Pete?

No I'm not having a bad day, I just think that people should have some common sense when posting and not post links like that.

"Website links that contain overtly violent or political or religious content, terrorism or any other illegal activities including hardcore ****ography will be removed, and the poster will be subject to a warning in accordance with our rules above."

It's plain enough to me.

Agreed with your first statement, but people who use forums should also exercise caution and a bit of common when clicking on things too :)

I'm not going to debate the rules and regulations but having just clicked on the link it's a fairly innocuous front page and nothing else - however it's not up to us to interpret the rules as has been said before.
