How does this affect the overall balance of the handling? Is it better to fit a front + rear upper? Mine is an LC, so doesn't have a lower front brace (I assume).

Been thinking about these for a while, and my car's got to go in for a few bits soon, but don't want to just chuck something on and upset the apple-cart....

Yes your car would benefit from both.

Sure they help turn in and improve grip and reduce front end roll and flex, but these are fairly cheap mod's and you get what you pay for.........i.e, improvement but not night and day.

If you want real improvement in body control then I;d recommend a chunky set of anti-roll bars
