You are delusional Sam as well as extremely paranoid.

Went behind your back?? Laughable... how do I go behind your back ?

I have seen no pictures of your "so called kit", so am I to now presume you were thinking of using the "shitty" pag manifold to use your words?

I have had this Pag manifold for over 6 months, curious as to how it would fit on rhd cars, given not much choice on the market... Bought the GT30 to go with it more recently to more actively see how things did or did'nt fit, as a plan B for the polo BT build I am doing.. as it was looking iffy in the early stages if I could fit the BT/mani I had for it..

You think its some consipracy against you, you are mystaken as well as being extremely pushy and arrogant.

World Domination (your words once on msn to me) and World exclusivity is what you want, and spit your dummy out when anyone does their own thing, independant of the "mighty issam ina"

Sorry fella... your attitude is make money, sell people stuff at all costs, whether they need or want it or not. Its all about the money for you. It is'nt to me.

Dont contact you... lol, who contacts who Sam........ you contact me always, not the other way round remember.

Wonder why I dont and have'nt bought parts from you?
Look at yourself, the way you behave and talk to people, slag people off etc, and reflect on it..

There are plenty of better people to deal with than your self.

Dont worry about me contacting you... it was'nt going to happen before nor after this.

Talk facts not fiction, and I'll be watching for the slagging off from you from now on...
Your fan club has officially risen by #1
;)
Bill,
Whose attitude isnt it to make money? What is this? The heart and stroke foundation?
I slag people off that waste my time....if you fall into that category sorry for you. I go above and beyond for my customers and I am sorry but your unprofessionalism is astounding...I am not even going to get into it on a public forum because people know your true colours.
All I simply said was I do not know WHY you sold this guy this kit when you KNEW (regardless of what bs you say) that it would require alot of work to fit into an S3.

my email was not out of line but alas people see the true Badger 5.

Back to the topic at hand.
Lovely build and all that jazz:redface:

why would bill sell his good mate a kit that wouldnt fit ? Bill isnt one to sell crap , i know bill personally and his buisness is more of a hobby than to make money

seems u need to get ur facts straight , and if u do a beter kit that fits then show it

Where's the fun in bolt on tuning anyway??? LOL

I remember when I took a lump hammer to the bulkhead and transmission tunnel of my Mk2 Escort to get a 2ltr gearbox in and cutting a hole out of the tunnel for the gear stick... running remote servo's and sticking the battery in the boot whilst making room for the dellorto 45's I had running on my 2.1ltr OHC...

Ahhh... the good old days :D

yep.. and trust me the small amount of web removed is small relative to Owens/IHI on jabbasport manifold underslung.. anyone who has seen my posts knows I am an advocate of top mounts, which is why I generally do these.. tuffty wanted OE look, so this looked like it was worth a go..

In BT mod terms, what tufftys describing blow by blow in great detail is your typical Bt install. On a 2wd leon/golf/octavia it would bolt straight on, its the already crampt space under there with transfer box which makes is 'interesting' :)

Its getting there well, and respect to tuffty for doing all this on his own... I am there for advise, use of tools, and assist in the odd bit, so he has and is doing a very good job.

Its going to be a fun, tractable car.
keep going Tuffty - I'm sure this 'shitty' kit will work a treat ;)

GT30 under slung is possible but not easy and no mods to transfer box on mine.
Admittedly not proven yet as car not finished but all looks fine here.

Thanks d00de... I owe you a great deal for letting me use the workshop and for all the advice etc you have given me over the past 2 weeks... I did think it was gonna be a long shot hoping to get it all done before you go off on your much deserved holiday but I am pleased with the progress and happy to make sure its right rather than rushed :)

Thanks man :worship:

I would also like to thank everyone else who has showed appreciation and support, I know this is a SEAT forum and I have an Audi but SCN never ceases to impress with the friendliness of its members...

It's a shame you can't take a fabricated manifold and metal spray it, somehow, to build up the thickness/fuse the metal... we used to do a lot with metal spray to recondition gears/shafts/add better wear characteristics etc, so it can the loading, but whether it can take the thermal loading/cycling is anyone's guess.
