It is made from stainless steel, the same as the DP. The same guy ( Mark ) made the tip too and welded on the smaller pipe work for piping.

N75 is now plumbed back in as JBS map it using N75 for control, which is what i prefer, then i can take apexi out and put a cupra R gauge holder in place with oil pressure and boost gauge as iam currently only running wide band gauge and oil temp.

Using apexi pressure sensor as boost gauge at the mo.

well to start bout 300 till i get internals done then full whack when internals are in have seen somewhere you can get 440bhp out of this setup think it was cc

matt you may wonna think about some heatproofing on bulkhead

heard storys of the sound deadening on the bulk head in the interior catching fire....sounds possible or just buy a fire extinguisher :)

plus also very possible as your mani aint wrapped

Already thought of this mate, iam gonna pull carpet up and sheild inside the car around bulkhead area and get a extinguisher too.

also my turbo isn't to close to bulk head.

But thanks for the warning mate.

another one matt what gaskets did you use for turbo, mani and dp? standards or uprated??

Moff. my head manifold gasket is standard, manifold - turbo is face fit... Turbo - DP face fit and DP - DP is a ATP gasket.
