A report this week says VW have or are about to overtake Toyota.

Aye. I read that Guardian article too. It is tight this year with very similar levels of output so far. The Japanese giant has been particularly hit this year by the recession/manufacturing and has prodused less than half the number of units so far this year compared to 2008 (4 million as opposed to over 9 million last year iirc)

VW have been hit by the recession too although by no way near as much as Toyota. Just goes to show you how hard the recession has been in the industry.

May well work in the newer forum software we will be using in due course, once its released.

It has a publishing suite built into it so may allow us to setup a forum holding page such as that, but won't know until we get to grips with the new software.
