OK - I have a MK3 Beeza - the windows dont autolock with the key.

I dont have an LED on my door pin.

has anyone here successfully turned the window autoshut feature on on a 1.4 beeza chill (or equivalent?)

one of my "boyz" has a VAG computer - so can anyone tell me if either

a) its going to work

or

b) you can fix it real easy if it doesnt.

Only the cupra's windows go up automatically, and only the cupra have the alarm light there. you will slowly find out that you dont have alot of the things a cupra have. VAG won't work either, but some1 can correct me but 100% sure, u cant do it on 1.4s

as this works from the key in the lock, can it be set to work from the remote???

i look a plank "plipping" the button to lock the car, then putting the key in the lock to close the windows!!!!!!!!!

BUMP... can it be done with VAG-com on the MK3 cupra? has anyone evan tryed it? there are alot of people waitting on this, or dose it need a gizzmo if so dose anyone know were to get one for the MK3 cupra?
(note to self,,, get VAG-com)

is there no way then of using the wiring to make your own, liek when a voltage for doior locks is seen, it activates the windows for 10 seconds? im sure theres a way of making something with a solenoid and a relay

awesome gti do a module for around £45 and upto £65 for one with auto lights when you turn the ignition off to light the way home. etc etc.
dont think it works with the ibiza but if it does il be buying on :D
is it on there web site?

If someone gets this sorted, maybe worth noting that this also works in reverse, ie when unlocking the car with the key, holding the key OPENS the windows.

Maybe not so suited to the standard fob though as i'm guessing the feature of closing the windows via the fob (if anyone evr does it) will be a permanent feed from the alarm or whatever which attempts to close the windows everytime the car is locked. I'm guessing this countrys weather is not really suited to the windows being opened everytime the car is unlocked though
