Any 18 year olds on a Mk4 Ibiza 1.9Tdi FR?

Well im 19 and I will hopefully be buy a facelift FR TDi when there out in April. So far the best quote ive had is from tesco. They want £1009 FC which is quite resonble since ive got two speeding convictions. Which I suppose the equlivent on mainland England is 6 points on my license. Havent tried any local company's yet but will do soon.

Where did you get your quote from Andy? How many years NCB have you? Who would be the most sympathetic insurers towards mods in NI? Mine is up at the end of March so I'd better start pricing around..............

im sure its group 7 but not 100% but that is a v good deal do u have a cat1 alarm fitted? and to be that cheap u must be in a low crime spot surely

The sports come with a CAT 1 alarm as standard

Strange.... when i was buying my first TDI Sport 130bhp (standard spec) Norwich union wanted nearly £2000 for fully comp insurance, i live in a small lincolnshire village (low crime), i would be 21 when i was to be insured, i had no convictions or anything.... i don't know about quote me happy... i was laughing for the wrong reasons, in the end i went with Direct Line, was about £800
