Lol no bother mate. Don't get me wrong a stage 1 remap is good! But the DPF is a fail point and with it removed and the boost request achieved higher up the rev range the car becomes very useable at all revs. The main prob with the dpf is that in reality the max power could not be achieved high up the rev range so max power peaks quickly compared to stage 2 and throttle response is also much more on/off on stage 2, for some it can be a little to much lol

Will at P-Torque did say he tailed the power off pretty quickly to help with the reliability of the DPF. I'm going to get the main dealer to check all the sensors etc.

If there are any sensors failures it will throw up an EML light on. SO unless you have that i doubt it is a sensor problem, a lot of the time what seems to happen, is when the larger boost quantity is asked for when you put your foot down with the dpf it clogs up very quickly and can't cope with the outgoing exhaust gases so cuts back automatically on the boost.
On the dpf delete matter, i maybe completly mistaken but i have a sneaking suspicion, the hesitation is possibly due to the injectors being maxed out. The amount of fuel needed for the requested boost is to much at times as these injectors are only quoted to give 230-240 bhp i'm led to believe? It may be the car pulling back on boost to try and save the injectors from self destructing?

Interesting, I often get my problems on part throttle as well. I did haee DPF on once, I also had the plug lights come on whilst on the motorway. Apparenty the last time it was checked the only fault found was a single over boost.. Bloody thing.

Yeh my 2nd Gear Stutter always comes at Part throttle,As i said on the atleast 30 1/4 Mile runs i have done now it has never stuttered

Doubt its injectors as its happening to standard ones aswell and there not maxing out their injectors

No real updates as ive bought a house recently so a little strapped for cash aint the word

Ive tried a EGR Fix to try and solve my stuttering and so far so good :D

it involves fitting a MK3 Ibiza Gasket to the EGR valve, Old gasket is at the top and new one at the bottom
