In respect of the Cylinder missire ??

any ideas what this airbag problem is no airbag light is on , only when i switch passenger on and off now and then

Perhaps this missfire thing is the smoking issue then ? and i suppose no cat doesnt help with it being passed straight through , it really burns your eyes when your stood behind , this must be a diesel thing as markwales does this but usually a black soot , where as mines pure blue looking

excellent for what , leaving you o remind me :)

im also intreagued to find out how yours has a pigeon noise and mines just full chatter , even tho cars are set up similary , mines red yours is black hahah

i have miltek yours is custom (not sure if you wend non resonated , i went for resonated (centre box fitted )

hmmm strange , the mrs's mk5 golf tdi 140bhp one does it and heres is totally std ,

also wondering if these can be done on vag com as mine are all totally different values on each injector

Channel 1: injected quantity

Check the injected quantity at idle, engine warm and all power consuming devices turned off.
Specification is 2.5 to 9 mg/h.
To change the amount of injected fuel perceived by the ECU, go to adaptation channel 1.
If you have driveability problems, you may want to increase it to 3-4 mg/h.
For slightly improved throttle response, you may try to decrease the value.

aslo seen this on rosstech
Channel 5: starting conditions

Though undocumented, this channel effects the injected quantity the ECU allows when starting.
You may want to experiment with it as a temporary fix for bad-start problems


which could have been looked at i suppose

will see , yours sounds like you ran over a flock of pigeons tho :lol:

, plus its not what the car does its the driver:cheeky:

and how you drive it ,, ive not quite achieved the clock on mine , on a runway obviously .......:rolleyes:

need to get this weather shifted , cant be ar$ed with car at moment as i cant do much

need to refit the passenger door speaker
a damn good wash & hoover ,
got some nice stickers coming too
boost gauge plumbed in
oil temp gauge re wired
jacking covers ordered and painted
Tyres badly

keep the look out for some mega cheap alloys or steelies


Also treated myself to the 150Pc halfords toolkit ,

cant think of the ever growing list

cant get hold of them , have emailed them

the cardiff one is just round the corner from my office , which is a plus

also one tick off the list , Car washed wernt overly happy with job , as it felt like it was rushed , missing the fine detail

but atleast its not full of crap and salt

looks like my stickers are here too , will find out when i get home
