quick question - First thanks for great guide just done all my Cupra R wheel weekend just gone (great weather for it helped everything dry) now I have finished them and they are back on the car I think I need one more coat of silver really on them just to finish them off, question is as I have put the laquare on them is it the case of scothbrite them all and respray or do i need to scothbrite, prime them again and then respray the wheels?

Scotchbrites are colour coded and you want red if your priming over top [think its actually maroon/brown doesnt matter that much] or grey if you just want to repaint.

Gray = Super Fine
Blue = Fine
Maroon = Medium
Brown = Course

I would personally use etch primer as it eats into the metal unlike normal primer.

Filler primer is awesome stuff if you don't mind paying extra for it and waiting for it to dry :thumbup:

The etch primer I use now is the U-pol stuff its alot cheaper then most and they sell it on ebay to.
