Alhambra Sliding Door - crinkling noise

Hello. I was looking at Alhambras in two car dealers yesterday and both the cars made a crinkling sound when I opened one of the rear sliding doors, in fact, one car did it on both. It almost sounded like a crisp packet or plastic was caught in the mechanism. Has anyone encountered this and have any idea what it is or how to resolve it? Should I be concerned?

Thanks!

Hi, I went to my lincoln dealer about mine doing this. They checked the roller door mechanism and and said its all fine , they said dirt and debris gets inside and on the rollers and the guide track , just needs a blast our with a hose and then spay wd40 into the roller rrack mechanism/ area .
I was told to this regularly to keep it working fine

Update to this issue of topic, I had an 2014 alhambra se, up untill recently when we upgraded to a 2017 alhambra se lux.
The car came with powered doors and now I am experiencing this same problem with the noise coming from the lower roller rail bearing, I have sprayed it with some gt85 , to which the sound has gotten slightly better but it's still there.

Belive the nearing is slowly dying but it does sound like packet of crisps being rolled over every time the door opens and closes. I have looked on Ebay for replacement roller/ bearing but not sure of part numbers
