On another note i cant seem too pop the large bottom grill on my cupra bumper into place.. I can see how it goes together but does not seem too want too!
Clips are too tight for me too slide it into them..

I removed my old one a peice of piss , this one just will not go in! The bits it needs too clip into looks far too tight..

Think some one needs to get back to the gym cant push a small grill in lol 
i just banged mine in after i did the lower lip but your viynl might be thicker.only thing i can think of is leave it in your house let it warm up abit or hair dryer might work if you do it out side might be a bit to cold might snap the clips.

I remember mine was tight when we done mine, but I reckon the carbon lip will be causing that extra bit, it's quite thick stuff, when I done the dash in it the a/c button had problems being pressed but I trimmed it out.
could you not try sanding abit of the edge were it looks tight alex? this might be abit bizzare but if it works then may aswell haha

Right new problem.. My new bumper seems too be getting stuck on the rubber around my side mount so won't fit proper! Do i need too trim the rubber around the intercooler for it .. I assume so.. Cant fit the bumper anymore until i have too fogs so i know how much needs cutting away , When can i send my mum up too get them scott?

Yeah i should have it built back up fully by thursday as i cant get the fogs till tomorrow night and i need them too see how much of the plastic i need too cut away from around the cooler too fit them
Anyone with a cupra tell me how the fogs fit into this bad boy?

when you get the fogs you will see how they go in,they have a surround thats screwed in with two screws and some flat peice of plastic which goes behind the fog light thats all i can explain as ive never had to remove my fogs.
I've got the 2 plastic surrounds and thats about it , Do they slot in then screw too the front cover?
i know the covers are fixed over the fogs so id say the fogs are attached to the bumper then the covers over the top of the fog.
