OLD alarm thread alive again...
Update car been into dealers with no obvious causes found - they have contacted Seat Technical for a prosed solution. Anyone suffered similarly (no doors shown as open or interior lights on) and what was the solution?
Sorry to dig out such an old thread but my FR TDI alarm started to go off on Friday night, and has done so ever since every half hour - couple of hours. No matter what i do it just keeps coming back. It appears to tie in with rain etc, or just coincidence perhaps.
Tried scanning with my chinese VAG COM cable, but now this does not want to work either as i cant seem to read modules that i have previously played with before. The wife says its my fault as i have switched on the beep when lock etc (cant view this module now) but i know thats bull.
Anyway, has anyone recently suffered from random alarm issues and what was replced to sort it out? Just asking as ill struggle to get to a dealership this week...

edit: VAG COM FAULT SCAN ADDED BELOW. Any advice on the driver door central locking faults appreciated. Looks like it is the culprit... My lock for back door elec windows has also been faulty for ages, wont go to unlock position... No fault detected though.
