Hot air being sucked in makes very little difference on a turbo car.
It's only going to get made hotter by the turbo.
You only need to worry about IAT after the intercooler.

Hot air is less dense, meaning the turbo works harder to produce the same levels of boost, so yeah hotter air will make a difference. Which is why people put so much effort into making cold air intakes..
