I was tempted by the K3 yes, its well featured and Daves support looks good as is his experience on 1.8t for startup maps..

My experience is DTA, and I wanted to retain my r32 throttle, so dbw prototype for me was created. (nice man)

Your TT will be a car at the pointy end by the middle/end of this year I expect. Hopefully be back sometime soon when I eventually get parts due to me and find the time to complete the rebuild.

Motec is nice but way outside my price range.

I was tempted by the S60, but despite rumours of DBW capability, they assured me it wasn't available lol, so stuck with what we had experience and good results with in the emerald. The base map they supplied was indeed very useable as a starting point.
We're out testing tomorrow and hope to get some good mileage and datalogging.

yea, DTA's dbw is'nt available.. Its only because I know allan for 11 years now and am a DTA dealer that he's done this for me. I do have a plan B and big cable throttle just in case it proves to be a 'mare

Personally i'd convert to cable throttle and go with autronics,get it mapped by mark shead of ma developments.
