the tdi does have one bu if you adjust it it can over boost and bad things can happen old school turbos that were mostly mechanical can be adjusted but modern turbo cars all rely on valves and sensors

A petrol turbo engine with a carburettor can have a bleed valve and the actuator adjusted and lots more to the point of black smoke

but now way attempt it on an engine with electronic fuel injection and a cat :ban:

all mk4's are the same height so think only diference is the rating on how stiff they are

a bit yes you can get lots of springs that are 30mm lower that makes it look just right imo

shouldnt rub any more, shouldnt rub at all as that is the cupra's tyre size

I've adjusted my actuator - only raised peak boost slightly from 19 to 21psi but holds the boost a bit better through the range.

It won't cause any problems if done sensibly, in the States they do it all the time with very people having problems.

Lots of people say don't do it on these cars but most are just passing on info they heard elsewhere and haven't actually done themselves.
