Unfortunately I'm no expert mate, but initially after start up it's usually condensation (as already mentioned I think) but if it's been for a run/idle and still does it, it could well be the stem seals.

going to go run car on idle for 20 mins an see if plug goes black, been told if does that means its the stem seals, guy at garage told me to do this so will have look now, if not breather system could be.

Leave any car idling for that long and the plugs will coke up! IMO find another garage!

Looking at your vid that looks like very early signs of rear turbo seal failure - you've got a good 5k miles left in it yet The smoke looks white which suggests the rear seals (the turbo is dumping a small amount of oil into the exhaust and is being heated to give white smoke rather than burnt to give blue smoke).

The turbo can smoke for many thousands of miles before giving a noticeable loss of power and also the loss of power would be very gradual. Check out the breather system as well as this can also cause oily exhaust emissions.

Once again, a complete load of BOLLOX!!!! Fact is, a turbo will still give 100% boost even if the oil seals are shot. Its only when the bearings collapse that both the seals AND the compressor wheels/housings suffer - at that point forget a turbo recon - its new turbo time... All a catch tank will do is separate the oil from the breather system - ie masking the problems! Catch tanks were designed predominantley for race cars that threw oil into the breather system under hard cornering... Do you drive a race car???? Didn't think so...

I fitted a catch tank the other day lasted about 2 hours before I pulled it off as wasn't impressed to be honest as made the car feel like poo.

Don't rate them personally.....

mine isnt boosting as good as was before an used quire a bit off oil, would you say this could be turbo? cant see stem seels changing performance,
