57i or panel filter

i had a K&N induction kit on my previous car {scoob} and liked the sound it made does this engine have the same sucking sound when a 57i is fitted or does it have that deep induction note, or since its completely standard should i just go for a panel filter

any help would be greatfull

iv just fitted a 57i and a 007p, im quite impressed with the sound,and driving it tonight nice cold dence air seemed to pull a lot harder, i got an ebay bargain its off octavia vrs couple of months old?? looked new, but tatty box, i only paid £28.50 inc post so im, pleased

thanks for all the advice guys iv decided to go for the full induction kit but form green cotton and not K&N, will post some pic's when its all fitted, and and update on how the car is responding to it after about 6k miles or so
