51 leon cupra 1.8T 20v

Looking at one 2morrow but from the pictures ive seen it looks as if it has Drums on the back and not discs?

Can anyone fill me in

Its not a CUPRA R its just a cupra

are u sure m8 every cupra i have looked had disks all round mine is a 2001 cupra and that has discs all round the only thing i can say m8 is what you are going to look at is no way a cupra. with drums on the back

Cupras have discs...not drums, its not a cupra if it has drums

From the pics I saw, behind the rear wheels looked really dark and i couldnt see a disc. So i got really weary.
I just wanted to make sure....nervous habit

Could you guys give me some info on atmospheric dump valves. Ive read they are not to be used?!

Try searching for wooshy, BOV, dump valve etc etc.

Don't fit one, get a proper recirc valve.....

Search the website for lots of dicussions, they will go on and work, but they will eventually cause problems

Re the discs, they may possibly be rusted/dirty through lack of use??

Even the Leon S and SE have discs on the back.
