I'm looking to buy this car and struggling to find exactly which DSG gearbox it has, even dealers don't seem to know!

It's done 55k and don't think it has had gearbox serviced.

Can anyone help, thanks

I have the same car. 7-speed dry clutch DSG with no set service interval.

I'm very pleased with the car. Only fault in over 6 years has been a leaking water pump - changed in warranty period. A common problem it seems. Good torque (184 lbft) at low engine revs - better than many 1.6T & 2.0 NA engines. Even better torque than the 2.8i XR4x4 I had in the late 1980s

I'll probably keep it for another 2 years.

Snap, with the 2.8i XR4x4, had one from 1988 until 2000! :)
