yea i cant decided wether to get the h & r or spend a bit more on some coilovers ?

I had an H & R Cup Kit for my first cupra but never had it fitted before i had to sell the car, i sold the kit too as i didnt think i would need it and now i have got another cupra so a bit annoyed

IIRC the kit is VERY good and i would say the only point to having Coilovers and after questioning it LOADS myself, i wouldnt get them unless you are going to go on a track or go to shows where you need to adjust them but its up to you as its your money

H&R + 17"s will be fine.
No rubbing at all. Best to get correct offset and you'll be fine. You wont be able to rub hubcentric spacers though at the back. Heard some people have cheapy 10mm ones from halfords. Though choice is yours if you want these!

i had 15mm hubcentric ones on the back the when i got coilovers had to use the crappy halfrauds 10's but now i get no rubbing

i didnt think the h&r kit is very comfy ride?.... surely going very low is gonna destroy the handling not to mention feeling every lilttle pebble in ur ass....i'd rather have it lowered abit from standard as u go to low its gonna **** up all the camber/caster toe etc...but suppose each to there own:)

15's will look too small for the euro look on the ibiza , they might work on mk2 golfs and polos but the ibizas front arches will eat them my 16's sometimes look too small, and then theres the lowering mines on coilovers about 55mm and thats the most i takemit down as the bumper and sump will catch, but the gap between the arch and the tyre is still too much.

are you sure?

How much is yours lowered by?

Mines is on bottom of fk coilovers at front and about 20mm off bottom of coilovers at bk. so what ever the lowest setting is thats what i am
