The part number you gave is an Audi number.
The two basic engine I listed show as the same block and head. The inlet, turbo, map and a few other things are different.

As the part nuamber is from Audi, it's the ARY engine from an A3 at 110Kw. But with the correct ancillary items it'll become a Seat AUQ.

could you list the ancillaries items which make ARY 110 kw engine to became AUQ 132 kw.?

i thought its only the turbo..
k03 gives 110 kw.
k03s gives 132 kw.

do you agrea on this?

I recently bought an S3 with no engine codestamped on the tab, I assumed it was an aftermarket/pattern head casting but appears to have Audi stamps cast on
I have heard on very early engines they didn't code the tab though

same as mine. our dealers part guy said to me that your eninge's block is belong to BAM !! but BAM comes as short block, thusway the head hasn't coded or my engine is reconditioned one and the head is aftermrket one.

now a am totally confused to which code i will consider my new engine is?! AUQ, BAM OR ARY..?!! they have different Compression ratio, vvt and the rod wedth 19 or 20 mm.

at the moment, returning the engine is not choice for me, swapping the engine is on going right now.. i will install the engine with some BAM ancillaries i got it and they are:
1- BAM injectors.
2- 4 Bar fuel pressure regulator.
3- 3" Mass air flow mater.
4- borg warner k04-001 turbo.

I got the info from VAGCAT.

But, you could phone TPS like you want to order the part.
Tell them the part number you have on the printed label and ask them to confirm the specifications and cost.
Then you'll know for sure.

So what is it? how did you confirm it?

Including to your helping, I went to Audi dealer and asked from parts guy to check it out by tag number he confirm what you said, I saw in his monitor shows A3, ARY. The ARY has 2 category I think, one is 110 kw and the other is 132. I wish the parts guy was friendly regarding to giving more comfortable to let me digging deeper in their data base, he refused because of their company secret as he said :wtf:

After I leave them I went to VW dealer and I did the same but I couldn't gain more information.

my question is became now more specific,,, what is the different between 110 and 132 kw related to the engine block component.? and other things like the VVT, Compression ratio and forge or casted connecting rod.?

I got information from leon FAQ room guys says ARY & AUQ are directly swappable without recode the ECU. but my previous 132kw vs present ARY 110 kw ??!!! here I need more details:(
