1.6 BCB cutting out... ...again

As above, my 1.6 16v BCB engine is cutting out as I slow to idle, it hunts ever so slightly, around 200rpm, too. When sat at idle sometimes the whole car shakes just enough to feel it but the rpm can be rock steady. It also picks up noticably just before 3,000rpm under part throttle

So far this has happened twice before with an EGR valve code first. EGR valve changed for GSF one, car ran fine for nearly a year then started doing exactly the same.

Second time it came up with no codes on vcds but Skoda got a "Load determination Values not met" code. They ran some logs and changed the EGR valve for a genuine one, car ran fine for a year but playing up again.

Surely it can't be the EGR valve again...can it?

Throttle body is clean as a whistle but could maybe do with an adaptation.

when the egr was fitted was it base set?
were the pipes clean?
i would suggest clean out egr clean out pipework and reset readiness codes of egr

I've fixed it to a point but not completely. It doesn't cut out and hunt but there is still definitely a surge at 2,500 rpm

In the end I fully cleaned and adapted the throttle body, cleaned the egr to TB pipe (could do with doing again when I have a more rigid pipe cleaner), cleaned the egr and adapted it when I refitted it. Also cleared the codes and checked it was passing readiness checks later on, all 8 are passing.

TowcesterVag, is the procedure below what you mean by base set? As thats what I do each time I refit the EGR and it says ADP OK after. No idea if Skoda did it when they changed the valve second time it got done

Wee it was working fine until about 10 minutes ago reversing into my parking space when I got the Engine light and EPC light with this code
