1.2 ibiza power now up to 70 bhp

alrite seat crew, i bought a new ibiza 1.2 ref back in 2003 and the power output was 64 bhp now all new 1.2 ibizas are rolling out with 70 bhp , i know its only a small gain but with this small engine it all helps so can anybody tell me if this was simple ecu change/remap or something else ? id like to try and get a bit more power can anybody help ? thanks.
